Refund policy

REFUND OF IN-MARKET PURCHASE 

If you have returned an item purchased in a Market, the refund will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.

REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE

When you make a return of an online purchase, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 24/48 hours after receiving it in our facilities.

Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank.

If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
